John Cena lost a WWE Championship match against Sheamus on the August 29 house show in Newark. This was his first defeat at a house show since 3 July 2008, when Triple H pinned him at an event in Lima, Peru, to retain the title. Cena has recorded 100 wins so far in 2010, which is the most of anybody on the WWE roster. The Miz is in second place with 79.
