The baby is Lily Hollister’s, and the doctor is….Octopus.
Lily bursts in to the coffee house where Peter is on a date with Carlie, and MJ and Harry just happen to be there to share embarassing stories. She crashes through the window on a Goblin Glider, incredibly pregnant, and growling for Harry as she goes into labor. Shocker and Tombstone show up to keep Spidey from doing too much as Ock comes in to do the delivery.
It’s a boy.
