McNeill was the holdout getting less attention, but is equally important to the team.
Marcus McNeill has signed his one-year, $630,000 tender and will rejoin the team. Because the Chargers put McNeill on the roster exempt list, McNeill will still miss the next 3 games for the Chargers.
The three weeks will give McNeill a chance to get back close to game shape, and give both sides a chance to work out a long term deal that McNeill has been searching for.
