18-year-old draft phenom Bryce Harper will face the Mets in Monday’s spring training opening game. Harper is set to play the field and get at least one at-bat in the game. Most baseball eyes will be looking at Harper to see if any of the hype is correct. Nationals’ fans, one would assume, are hoping for quick development that gets Harper to the majors in 2012… a year that’s shaping up to be a good one for the Nationals.
