So You Think You Can Dance Canada Results: Adam Asselin-Rioux & Cassandra Flammini Eliminated

News, Reviews

In tonight’s episode of So You Think You Can Dance Canada, contemporary dancer Adam Asselin-Rioux and Cassandra Flammini were the first two dancers eliminated out of the SYTYCDC Top 22.

Asselin-Rioux from Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu was a last minute replacement for the injured Moses Layco. Ironically, Adam was also injured prior to his taped performance on Saturday but managed to dance anyway. The judges invited Asselin-Rioux to return to Finals Week next season.

Cassandra, clearly didn’t score with the viewers (not that surprising given her Ca-Sexy opening video that I mentioned in yesterday’s review but the competition certainly lost one of its most stunning dancers.

The bottom three couples who performed their solos tonight were Cassandra and Francois, Lauren and Rodrigo, and Adam A and Geisha.

This means that Francois will now be partnering with Geisha as their partners were cut. The remaining duos will stay the same until the Top 10.
