Santino Marella defeated Jack Swagger tonight on Raw to become the new WWE U.S. Champion.
After much interference by John Laurinaitis, David Otunga, Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero, Santino eventually won the title following a pin fall via roll-up.
