Check out the images below of the Marvel Legends scale figures of The Avengers. It looks like we will not be getting a Black Widow, as only shown are Captain America, Iron Man, Thor (re-release), The Hulk, Hawkeye & Loki. All seem to come with a nifty looking display stand to make that circle around display…which would make more sense if Black Widow were involved…
