The belief in WWE is despite some of the top names in FCW coming from the indy wrestling scene, WWE doesn’t feel independent wrestling is producing enough talent that is at WWE’s level.
They have once again resorted to looking for big bodybuilder types who the company can turn into stars.
The company is also looking at getting more guys who have experience in other sports. The plan would be to sign top-level athletes and train them to be wrestlers.
