The Undertaker’s WrestleMania 29 Status Now Seriously Up In The Air, Forcing WWE to Make Contingency Plans

News, Top Story

Reports have surfaced today that The Undertaker’s return to WWE for WrestleMania 29 is now up in the air due to health concerns. Taker’s physical condition makes him very questionable for a Mania match this year, and since he might not be able to wrestle WWE is now scrambling to make contingency plans. The most likely scenario would be to slot CM Punk vs. The Rock vs. John Cena in a Triple Threat Match, or possibly throw in someone like Ryback to make the WWE Title Match a Fatal Four-Way. If they keep Rock-Cena II intact, then Punk could always end up with another high-profile opponent like Mick Foley (who will be around for WrestleMania weekend anyway) that Punk has sparred with over the past year.

Of course, there’s always Punk-Austin, right?

If Undertaker can’t make it to WrestleMania 29, how would you re-book the card? Sound off in the comments section below.
