Jack Swagger, real name Jake Hager, was found guilty of DUI & speeding today in Gulfport, MS. Hager was sentenced to six months’ probation, a $500 fine and to pay for all court costs related to the case.
Hager was originally sentenced to two days in jail but his attorney was able to get that suspended (therefore he won’t spend anytime in jail). The presiding judge also dismissed a possession charge against Hager.
Hager was originally arrested on 2/19 in Gulfsport, MS – 90 minutes after a SmackDown taping in Biloxi.
