Jorge Oliveira has signed a contract with UFC and will replace the injured Pawel Pawlak this Saturday against Dhiego Lima at UFC Fight Night 56.
Oliveira is a member of Rio de Janeiro’s Renovacao Fight Team and enters the Octagon with a perfect 7-0 record in regional fights boasting five knockouts and two submissions.
Lima returns to the welterweight division after losing in The Ultimate Fighter 19 finale. He is the brother of Bellator welterweight champion Douglas Lima and has wins over Adam Stroup, Tim Williams and Roger Zapata on TUF.
