Yesterday, the UFC finally announced the first three matches for its February event in Colorado.
Featherweight contenders Cole Miller (10-6) and Max Holloway (7-3) will lock horns. Miller is coming off of a win against Sam Sicilia in January and was scheduled to take on Conor McGregor in July but had to withdraw due to injury. Holloway is riding a hot streak as he won his last four fights by stoppage, following a loss to McGregor last year.
The same card will also see Tim Elliott (2-3) take on former Bellator bantamweight champion Zach Makovsky (2-1) and the winner could shockingly get a shot at the title as champion Demetrious Johnson has already run through the division.
Ray Borg (1-1) will also square off against Chris Kelades (1-0).
The event takes place on February 14th.
