CM Punk joined the Boomer and Carson show to talk about his move to UFC
on critics of him joining UFC:
I understand how they feel (about my contract with UFC)… And they’re probably a little bit justified in that. But if I based all my decisions in my life off of what somebody else thought of me on Twitter, I wouldn’t be here right now. I don’t want to, in 10 years, wake up one morning and constantly be that guy that says, ‘What if? Man, I really wish I did this.’
Punk added:
I’m a little bit crazy, obviously… I don’t know if people think that I think I’m absolutely sane for making this decision. That’s not the case. This is just something that I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I didn’t try.
