Big Brother 17 Episode 29 just wrapped up! Here’s a recap of everything that went down, and what we think you should expect to come:
WARNING: Spoilers below (duh).
The episode started off following the Veto ceremony. Vanessa has just decided not to use the Veto, meaning either John or Steve will be evicted. John tells us he’s annoyed he gave Vanessa a bunch of information and didn’t use the veto on him, but is happy to see she’s really upset with Steve.
Vanessa is worried after what John told her that she is not in as good with the Austwins as she thought. Liz tells her that John is against them, and that of course he’s going to say things like this. She reassures her that the alliance was completely John and Steve, with them making them feel good.
Liz confronts John about ratting out the alliance. He says that it was clear they went back on the deal once he was nominates, and Liz says he ruined any chance he had. John says he didn’t have a chance to begin with, and that they planned on putting him up.
John tells Vanessa that he’ll have to go after Meg and James votes, while Vanessa tells us that if he was smart he would go after the twins, because she’s only saving him if he has their votes.
Vanessa confronts Steve about the alliance once again. Steve says that the alliance was this week, while Vanessa calls him out for lying again. John comes in and confirms it was last week, not this week, causing Vanessa to become even more angry.
John campaigns to the twins for their votes. He promises them they won’t be nominated, and he’ll go after the jury member that comes back.
Vanessa and the twins discuss targets. The twins say that Steve proved his loyalty and that they should just go after John, and that some jurors would go after Steve if they were to come back.
Eviction time. The votes are as follows:
- Meg votes to evict John
- James votes to evict John
- Vanessa votes to evict John
- Julia votes to evict John
- Liz votes to evict John
By a vote of 5-0: John is the ninth person evicted from the Big Brother 17 house, and the fourth member of the jury.
The jurors return for the chance to return to the game and win Head of Household.
