Here is a quick look at some highlights on the shelves this week. I’ve also included a list of Trade Paperbacks and Hard Cover Editions if you’re looking for some extra stories. Just a few things to talk about, and there are a couple number 1’s this week, so without further ado let’s dive in…

New This Week:

Deadpool 7Deadpool #7 – 25th Anniversary issue! Everyone’s favorite merc with a mouth is now old enough to rent his own car! And it’s not enough that he’s getting a movie this year, so here’s a special over-sized issue featuring several teams of artists and writers.

Low #11: Shore of the Dying Light, Part 1 – Back from hiatus, this seems like a good place to jump on for new readers. But when you get a chance, I personally recommend checking out the rest of the series. This some of Remender’s best work lately.

Batman: Arkham Knight – Batgirl and Harley Quinn #1 – Spinning out of the video game and comic series’ of the same name comes this one-shot featuring two of Gotham’s finest gals. Plus, Batgirl’s “Arkham” universe backstory is revealed!

Shaft: Imitation of Life #1 – The last Shaft series caught many readers attention, and this new spin-off looks to do the same.

A few other issues to look forward to:

Batman #49, Darth Vader #16, Descender #10, Harley’s Little Black Book #2, Jughead #4, Manhattan Projects: The Sun Beyond The Stars #4, Spider-Man / Deadpool #2, The October Faction #13

Collected Editions:
