Things Get Elastic In The Incredibles 2 Trailer

Media, Trailers

Tickets for The Avengers: Infinity War may be outpacing the last six Marvel Studios’ releases but that’s only a small sample of what Disney has planned this summer. In between Solo: A Star Wars Story and Ant-Man and the Wasp we get Pixar’s The Incredibles 2. While there have been sequels to three other Pixar properties (Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and Cars), we can be honest in admitting that the Pixar title that was most deserving of a sequel ASAP was the one about a family of superheroes who are, well, just incredible.

We don’t have to wait long to see Brad Bird’s sequel, The Incredibles 2 as Disney has positioned it to open on June 15, against Superfly and the comedy Tag (yes, based on the childhood game).

Check out the final trailer.

In “Incredibles 2,” Helen (voice of Holly Hunter) is called on to lead a campaign to bring Supers back, while Bob (Craig T. Nelson) navigates the day-to-day heroics of “normal” life at home with Violet (Sarah Vowell), Dash (Huck Milner) and baby Jack-Jack—whose super powers are about to be discovered. Their mission is derailed, however, when a new villain emerges with a brilliant and dangerous plot that threatens everything. But the Parrs don’t shy away from a challenge, especially with Frozone (Samuel L. Jackson) by their side.
