He’s also helping others as he drifts from town-to-town doing good; it is a trail his copy ally is following, but so is a new Wingman from Batman Incorporated.
In the midst of their battle with the Underlife, Batwoman offers condolences over the Heroes in Crisis of Red Hood ally and one-time Outlaw Arsenal.
She also apologizes for being duped into having him thrown in jail several arcs ago.
They reach the Underlife mansion base…
…where Red Hood confronts their supposed leader; someone he met at the coffee shoppe a while back as I recall.
It turned out she was also a robot and while Red Hood was dealing with her, Batwoman saved her hostages.
The book ends with Batwoman’s girlfriend Renee Montoya of the GCPD picking up her gf and…
…and giving Red Hood a ride to the next town where the Wingman appears to catch up to him in Red Hood: Outlaw #30 out on December 17, 2018.
