On Monday night’s performance finale of The Voice, finalists Chris Kroeze, Chevel Shepherd, Kennedy Holmes and Kirk Jay squared off for the final time before the winner is crowned. The contestants were each asked to sing a solo cover, an original song and a duet with their respective coach.
I caught up with Chris Kroeze on the red carpet immediately after the show to get his take on his final competitive performances of the season. I asked him for his thoughts about the night and what it felt like to be competing against a fellow Team Blake member in Kirk Jay. I asked Chris if he thought the fact that there are three country artists still in the competition would split the vote resulting in Kennedy walking away with the win. Chris also told me about what he thought was his best performance of the night.
