So, the Leader has plans for the ghost or something of Brian Banner the dad of Bruce Banner, the Hulk’s alter ego.

Well, Brian Banner shows up nowhere in the issue, but the book ends in a massive cliffhanger.
The Immortal Hulk reborn, it seems, as an amalgam of the Leader and Planet Hulk gladiator with presumably the leader in control! This revelation will likely be the moment featured on the so-far sector Immortal Hulk #38 spoiler variant by Joe Bennett out on October 14, 2020.
