After the horrifying success of A Nightmare on Elm Street, Wes Craven found a new way to get inside the minds of teenagers. Best Friend had a kid get a computer hard drive inserted into their brain. Little did Wes Craven know that in the future, teenagers will wish their Smartphones could be inserted into their brains. But is it a good idea? The movie is finally coming to Blu-ray thanks to the fine folks at Shout! Factory. Deadly Friend: Collector’ Edition arrives on October 12 to heighten your Spooky Season fun.
