Who’s Really Behind The New Batman Inc. and Abyss Arc?!

In Gotham City, Batman learns that many of his former colleagues from Batman Inc. have been arrested.
So, he travels across the world to find out why and he is sporting a new costume, and gets the yellow oval back, in that lewk.
Turns out that someone named Abyss was terrorizing the country.
Batman. Inc. came in to help and take down Abyss.
They were charged with Abyss’ murder and turned themselves into authorities.
It also looks like Superman archenemy Lex Luthor to play in all this?!
Is he friend or foe?
