FINAL ISSUE! Through space and alternate Earths, this version of the Squad has tried to free themselves from Waller’s clutches. In the series finale, they risk everything for freedom one last time.

After several failed attempts by the Suicide Squad to capture Lex Luthor to “talk” to him, it appears Lex caught them, but it was all a ruse.

Nonetheless, Lex Luthor is not captive for long, but…

…the Suicide Squad’s Bizarro Superboy / Match reinforcements turn the tide!

Lex Luthor is actually captured by the Suicide Squad?!

They appear to come to a détente and agreement…

…that pleases the Suicide Squad.

Task Force Lex, anyone?

The Pulse:

A compelling issue, but a bit unbelievable that one of DC Comics’ top intellects is taken down by the Squad. Nonetheless, the end is intriguing. Decent art. A subdued end to the series. 7 out of 10.
