PulseMM: exactly.

Show opens with a recap of Bischoff announcing the Elimination Chamber match.

No intro…Bischoff comes out. He says that all 6 competitors in the Elimination Chamber is going to have a ‘Beat The Clock’ Night, and will have one on one matches against an unknown opponent, and whoever wins in the shortest time, will be the last person to have their chambers opened. Also, if the opponent defeats one of the 6, they will take their place in the Chamber match! Bischoff then introduces Christy as the special time keeper for the evening, and there will be a very, very special guest ref in the Elimination Chamber. Bischoff then starts off the night with Jericho.

Chris Jericho vs. Christian (w/ Tomko)
Jericho tries a series of roll ups to try and beat Christian quick. Christian gets the advantage, and keeps Jericho on the mat. Christian tries to send Jericho over the top, but Jericho holds on, and back body drops Christian over the top. Tomko tries to help Christian up, and Jericho hits a springboard plancha to the outside on both of them as the cut to…

Commercials.

We come back, and Christian is working over Jericho. The ref has his back turn, and Tomko drills Jericho, and Christian goes for the Unprettier, but Jericho reverses it, and turns into the Walls, and Christian taps at 10:47.
Winner – Jericho

Flair is consoling HHH who is flipping out. Batista is calm, and he says that it doesn’t matter who he faces, because he is confident that he can beat whoever he faces.

Orton with Maria, and he says the Chamber match is brutal, but he isn’t scared, but he is excited about going after the Title once again, and plans on leaving the Champion. Orton isn’t concerned about who he’s facing.

Orton comes down to the ring.

Randy Orton vs. Maven
Orton with a quick back body drop, then goes to the top, but Maven meets him, and tosses him off the top. Maven keeps Orton off his feet, using a series of choke holds and sleepers. Orton fights back, and goes for a RKO, but Maven dodges it. Maven turns around again, then right back into an RKO, and Orton scores the pinfall at 6:14, destroying Jericho’s time.
Winner – Orton

Rewind: Lita warning Snitsky that KANE is returning soon.

JR tells us that Lita will be facing Trish at New Year’s Revolution for the Woman’s Title.

Lita vs. Molly Holly
Very, very quick match, as Lita ends it with a snap DDT.
Winner – Lita

Snitsky runs in the ring, and chases off Lita. They run to the back, and Lita locks herself in her dressing room. Snitsky pounds on the door, asking Lita to come out and play. Bischoff comes up, and tells Snitsky that he will be facing KANE at New Year’s Revolution.

Recap of Simon Dean and The Hurricane from Heat last week. Dean jumps on Hurricane, and Rosey makes the save.

Rosey vs. Simon Dean
Dean comes out and calls all of Mississippi pigs. Rosey jumps him. Dean tries a sunset flip, but Rosey sits on him. Rosey then charges the corner, but Dean gets his boots up, then tries a Crossbody, but gets planted. Dean chop blocks, then goes for his bag, and pulls out a weight belt. He puts the belt on, and tries to body slam Rosey, but Rosey is still to heavy. Rosey take the belt off, and goes to whip Dean, but the ref won’t let him, and Dean rolls him up for the pin.
Winner – Simon Dean

Edge vs. Eugene
Edge is upset that he has to face Eugene, then he jumps him. Edge doesn’t seem over confident, but he is taking his time as well. With about 2 minutes to go, Eugene goes to the outside, and starts shaking the hands of all the fans. Edge follows, but Eugene ducks under the apron, and comes out the other side. Edge finally gets to him and kicks him upside his head. Back in the ring, with about 20 seconds to go, Edge lines up for a spear, but Eugene dodges it and goes for a Rock Bottom, but misses. Edge nails the spear with 6 seconds left, but Eugene rolls out of the ring, and Edge doesn’t beat the time, however, he must still beat Eugene. He rolls Eugene back in the ring, but Eugene gets up and nails a Stunner! But, he gets a 2 count. Edge snaps, and starts wrapping Eugene’s leg around the ringpost, and locks on the Edgeucation for the submission.
Winner – Edge

Bischoff on the phone, and Coach comes in. Coach wants to know who is the special guest ref, but Bischoff won’t tell him, and says that the guest ref will be here later tonight.

Chris Benoit vs. Viscera
HAHA. Benoit tries to work over Big Vis, but Vis keeps on him with power moves. Benoit hits the ropes, but Vis nails a sick looking Samoan drop for 2. Vis goes for another one, but Benoit slides through and tries to lock on a Crossface, but Vis pulls him up and nails a Sidewalk Slam. Benoit then gets Vis down, and jumps on him to lock on the Crossface, and finally makes Viscera tap at 5:43.
Winner – Benoit

Stacy walks toward the ring.

Commercials.

Stacy is in the ring, and thanks everyone for making her 2004 Babe of the Year. She says that she will bend backwards and forwards to make 2005 a better year. This brings out Muhammad Hassan and Khosrow Daivari. Daivari screams at Stacy and kicks her out. Hussan gets on the mic, and he tells us how he is sick of the prejudiced that he receives everyday. He then says that there are plans of singling out people of Arabic descent, and taking away some liberties even though they did nothing wrong, and says that news.cornell.edu has a story about it…oh look, here it is. King gets up and says that he is tired of this already, and Hussan shoves him around, and JR gets up to try and stop it, but Hussan slugs him. King and Hussan then stares down.

We come back, and JR is bleeding.

Batista vs. Rhyno
Rhyno with a quick GORE GORE GORE, but Batista kicks out. Rhyno lines up for another one, but he nails the AA Spinebuster. Batista then nails the Demon Bomb, and realizes that there is plenty of time, then nails another Demon Bomb and makes the pinfall at 3:02.
Winner – Batista

Recap of SmackDown in Iraq. Mr. Socko on the gun rack is hilarious.

Candace with Bischoff, but Coach interrupts, then Hussan & Daivari interrupts. They want a match with JR and King in a ring. Bischoff says that JR is not a wrestler, so he will not sanction that match. However, he will set up a 2 on 2 debate for next week.

JR and King go over the New Year’s Revolution Card:

  • Gene Snitsky vs. KANE
  • Trish Stratus vs. Lita – Woman’s Title
  • HHH vs. Orton vs. Jericho vs. Benoit vs. Batista vs. Edge – World Title (Elimination Chamber)

    Batista comes back to the Evolution locker room. HHH gets in his face, and wonders why Batista beat the time. Batista says that Rhyno pissed him off, so he did what the had to do. HHH gets in his face more, and Batista tells him that he is starting to piss him off. Flair breaks it up, and calms down HHH, and gets him ready for his match.

    Commercials.

    The other 5…well not Batista yet, but they are sitting at ringside to watch the last match. Batista comes down with HHH, and then HHH stares them all down. Still nothing…”There’s No Stopping Me….NOW!” And the other 5 love that HHH has to face Shelton.

    Triple H vs. Shelton Benjamin
    HHH jumps Shelton, then sends him to the outside. Back in the ring, HHH nails a big spinebuster for 2. HHH then locks on a sleeper. The ref holds up Shelton’s arm twice, and on the third time, before Shelton’s arm falls, his leg is on the ropes, just as the time expires, and the ref tells HHH that he did not win. Shelton then hits the Stinger Splash on a backwards HHH, as he was arguing with the ref, and then nails the swinging enzaguri. Shelton hits the T-Bone, but Flair distracts the ref, and Shelton slugs Flair. Shelton turns around, but HHH is back up, and nails the Pedigree.
    Winner – HHH

    Bischoff then brings out the special guest ref…Shawn Michaels…and everyone is a bit upset.
