She seemingly went to the Below Place and then through a Green Door…

…came back to life as the Savage and later the Sensational She-Hulk.

Jennifer Walters Death #2

Then we have Jennifer Walters’ second death in 2016’s Civil War II.

She went to the Below Place and encountered Bruce Banner’s abusive father Brian Banner…

…who may have been taken over by the Leader at this point.

Jennifer Walters Death #3

Then we have Jennifer Walters’ third death in 2020’s Empyre.

She was infected by the Cotati and her death was needed it seemed for the alien plants to control her.

That death caused Jennifer Walters to go toe Below Place again and this time encounter the Leader…

…who reveals she and the Hulk are not immortal after all, but she will remember none of their discussion.

Back in reality, she may not remember, buy Walters’ really doesn’t want to die for a fourth time as she has a bad feeling about the Below Place.

The book ends with teases of She-Hulk’s next adventure as the Hulk on the Avengers as well as teases of her cousin’s Immortal Hulk series.

The Pulse:

An interesting issue that shed more light on She-Hulk. Surprised Marvel ends Empyre on this book, but Immortal Hulk is quite popular. Decent art. 7 out of 10.
