Recap and Video of Hulk Hogan on Fox News

News

Hulk Hogan went on Fox News this morning to promote TNA Impact’s move to Monday nights, starting next week.

During the interview Hogan talked about his physical situation, mentioning he had three back surgeries last year. He also said that Vince McMahon offered him a merchandise deal for more than 20 years, but Hogan still preferred to go to TNA because it’s a new beginning.

In a rather detached-from-reality statement, Hogan said that most of the old wrestler who work weekend indy shows in high school gyms make four to five thousands $ a week. He later corrected that number to two to three thousand. This was in response to a question about the movie The Wrestler.

Hogan complemented TNA and its talent yet the only TNA personalities mentioned by name were Hogan himself, Ric Flair and Dixie Carter. They showed clips from Impact of the confrontation between Hogan & Abyss and Ric Flair and AJ Styles, but the names Abyss and Styles were never mentioned. Way to put over the talent, brother.
