A certain city a few miles from Akron was never mentioned.
James took out a full page ad in the Akron paper to thank the fans from that city for supporting him over the years and through the summer.
The ad features pictures of James taking part in events around the community including a bike-a-thon he sponsors.
The thanks the fans for their love and support and he calls Akron his home and “Central Focus” of his life and that he will always come back.
