Selena Gomez is ready to branch out from her usual cute and sweet persona to delve into something darker. She has been cast in Harmony Korine’s “Spring Breakers”, a raw indie film about a bunch of college girls who rob a restaurant, go to jail, and getting caught up with a drug dealer. Alongside Gomez will be James Franco, Emma Roberts, and Vanessa Hudgens. Hopefully the film won’t be rated R, so Justin Bieber will actually be allowed to see the movie in the theater!
