LA Reid, head of Epic Records, has promised that the long-delayed new album from Fiona Apple is coming “in the next few weeks”.  The album was originally done early last year, but has been delayed by the record company ever since.  Similar delays plagued her last release, 2003′s Extraordinary Machine.
