Finally some good news this week as former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann. Swann had been arrested in December with false imprisonment/kidnapping charges and a misdemeanor charge of battery-touching or striking stemming from a public altercation with his wife. He was suspended indefinitely by the WWE following his arrest and no timeframe is known as to when/if he will return.
