What Is The Connection Between Batman’s Red Hood, Deathstroke and The Black Panther Red Lion?

Well, the Red Lion debuted in the Deathstroke Rebirth #1 one-shot and in several issues of that opening of that series.

The Red Lion is a despot looking to regain control of his country Buredunia. His name is Ja Zaki desposed ruler-for-life of Burendia, but his real name is Matthew Bland. His adventures in Rebirth era Deathstroke are captured in The Professional (volume 1) and Twilight (volume 3).
