You’re right I did forgot about that. Carbonium is a Marvel metal and not one in the natural world.
Also as for an Ultimate character to get the solo series treatment, I would definitely be curious to see an Ultimate Thor book. The character remains a favorite of mine in the Ultimates and it would be interesting to see the epic god battles and the psychological probings of this character.
