In Mexico, Ryan looks for Volchok, but his search comes up empty. That is until Seth has a run-in with U.S. Marines. Seth acts like a jackass and drinks too much and gets a tattoo, but the Marines help him find what he is looking for.
Kaitlin and Julie are forced by the school’s dean to work together on Harbor High’s clothing drive. Julie is ostracized by the Cohens when they discover what she has been up to. Sandy and Kirsten later go to Mexico to bring Ryan home.
Taylor drops in unannounced on Summer and has startling news. The truth comes out as Summer continues separating herself from everything Orange County. Also when Summer’s roommate, Amber, talks to Taylor she is surprised to find out that Summer has a boyfriend. She aks if Che is Summer’s boyfriend.
Guest cast inclues Chris Pratt as Che, Cam Gigandet as Volchok, Tia Carrere as Dean Torres, Michelle Ongkingco as Amber, Steve-O as First Marine, and Johnny Michaels as the Huge Bartender.
