Amy Smart has had her chance in horror/thrillers before with the likes of Strangeland and The Butterfly Effect, but now she is stepping into the world of Alexandre Aja.
Smart will join Kiefer Sutherland, Paula Patton, and a host of others for the Aja directed film Mirrors. Production is currently underway in Romania on the film which is a remake of the 2003 Japanese film Geoul Sokeuro.
Sutherland plays a security guard in a ritzy department store that starts having strange occurrences involving the mirrors located all around the store. People start freaking out and dying every time they look in the mirrors, and the truth is revealed that sadistic reflections are after their real-life counterparts.
There is no release date set but stay tuned for more as we get it.
