Fall Frenzy: TiVo Central – Welcome to a New Season

Features, Shows

Can you smell it? Yes, the leaves are changing and the weather is getting colder. Well if you count the leaves changing from greener to green and the high getting down to 85 degrees that is. Yes, Fall is around the corner but it’s still summer in our hearts.

Fall is good for one thing, though. It marks the beginning of the new TV season. All of your old favorites return, along with a host of new shows that will attempt to grab your attention as well. Most will fail, but some might actually succeed.

That is where we, the good people at Prime Time Pulse, come in handy. We will watch all the shows that you don’t want to. We will watch all the shows that you are not sure about. We will even trash the shows that you THOUGHT you were going to LOVE. We do all of this for you, our loyal fans.

This week FOX officially kicks off the new Fall TV Season with their premieres. Next week is when CBS, ABC, and NBC join the fun. THE CW will even be in there somewhere. In all, there are close to 30 new “scripted” shows premiering this Fall. Various members of the PTP staff will watch various shows that interest them. They will watch them and then report back to you and tell you what they think of those shows. Should you give these new shows a shot or not? Hopefully, we can help you decide if you don’t want to waste your time.

So starting this week and continuing heavy next week you will see random articles from random PTP staff members with their reviews of random new shows as they premiere. From there, they might even stick around with a couple of new shows and review the entire season.

In addition, you can always expect to see reviews of all your favorite returning shows like Grey’s Anatomy, Heroes, Friday Night Lights, and many more. So keep it locked here for the entire year as Prime Time Pulse has all your “scripted” television needs, wants, and desires. Stay tuned…

Sir Linksalot: Television News

I'm not embarrassed to say that my favorite television show of all-time is The O.C. I live by the motto "you can't fight fate!" More importantly, I watch WAY too much television, but I do so for the benefit of everyone reading this now. So to my mom and my wife, I say thanks for reading! To everyone else that might stumble across this, remember TiVo should be your best friend!
