PWInsider has reported that people in WWE were shocked at the bad 2.8 rating RAW got for Monday, which was the lowest non-holiday Monday Night RAW since December 15, 1997 (a taped show where Austin threw The Rock’s IC Title into the water). PWInsider’s sources told them that Vince McMahon “walked around [at Tuesday’s TV tapings] like nothing was any different.”
