After winning his match against the AotF, ROH World Tag Team Champion Jay Briscoe vacated the tag belts. This forfeit of the titles will lead to a tournament on June 6th in Hartford, CT with the winner being awarded the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Titles. The format of the tournament will be announced later this week. Jimmy Jacobs/Tyler Black and Kevin Steen/El Generico have already been entered as participants.
Additionally, Jack Evans is saying goodbye to Ring of Honor for the time being and is dedicating himself to working international shows. Ring of Honor and Evans have no heat between each other and Evans is welcome back into the company at any time in the future.
