Patience is a virtue for good scares.
Paramount Pictures/DreamWorks Pictures announced that they will now release Peter Jackson’s The Lovely Bones adaptation in theaters December 11, 2009, nine months later than originally planned… The film centers on a young girl who has been murdered and watches over her family – and her killer – from heaven.
In addition, MGM has bumped back the release of Drew Goddard (Cloverfield) and Joss Whedon’s The Cabin in the Woods from it’s planned October ’09 date all the way to February 5, 2010. No details have been revealed yet, but we’ll keep you posted as soon as a synopsis hits the net.
