After months of rumors to the contrary, lucha star Dos Caras Jr. announced over the weekend that he in fact will not be coming to WWE.
According to a report by Mike Johnson at PWInsider.com, Caras has re-signed with EMLL for four years, deciding to stay with the promotion in which he is a star rather than have to work his way up from the bottom in WWE.
