As the Associated Press is reporting, due to a swine flu outbreak in Mexico City, the Mexican government has ordered that all public events in the city be cancelled. This includes shows for both CMLL and AAA.
According to their website, CMLL has cancelled its traditional Friday show in Arena Mexico, as well as its Sunday show in Arena Coliseo (both sites that CMLL uses for television tapings). Their upcoming shows on Tuesday night in Guadalajara and tomorrow night in Puebla are so far unaffected.
AAA’s website also indicates that they have canceled their weekend shows in Mexico City. Their next shows are tonight in the State of Mexico and Thursday night in Aguascalientes.
