Liam Neeson has signed on to star in the thriller Unknown White Male, from Dark Castle and Warner Bros.
Jaume Collet-Serra (Orphan) is directing with Joel Silver is producing.
In the script, written by Karl Gajdusek, Neeson will play a doctor who is in a car accident that leaves him in a coma while on vacation in Berlin with his wife. He awakens only to find that another man has taken his place and his wife doesn’t know. So the doctor goes a frantic quest to uncover the truth.
Shooting is set to begin in January in Berlin.
Neeson recently starred in the Pierre Morel action thriller Taken. Other upcoming projects include playing Zeus in a remake of Clash of the Titans as well as playing Hannibal Smith in The A-Team movie.
