ABC has ordered a pilot of The Time Traveler’s Wife, which is based on Audrey Niffenegger’s novel about a man who’s unstuck in time and the woman who endures his unscheduled trips away. Friends co-creator Marta Kauffman will write the script and executive produce.
They want to explore the relationship between time traveler Henry (played by Eric Bana in the film) and his wife, Clare (Rachel McAdams), more fully than the two-hour movie could.
