Jeff Hardy Latest

News

Jeff Hardy has been told by WWE management that the door is always open for him to return when he is ready. WWE also offered to assist him with any outside projects such as his potential reality TV show or his band Peroxwhy?gen. Hardy told the company that he was not leaving because he was unhappy with WWE but rather that he just wanted some time off of the road to live at his own pace. Many are comparing his departure to the way Chris Jericho left in 2005 to work on acting and music projects only to return to WWE in a more prominent position. Hardy also got a lot of praise for working so hard to put C.M. Punk over in his final months with the company. WWE now considers Punk on a high enough level to be able to work as a heel with The Undertaker. Hardy’s final match in WWE will be on this week’s Smackdown, against Punk in a Steel Cage Match.
