Tyler Black, by function of winning 2009 Survival of the Fittest, has been granted an ROH World Title shot at Final Battle 2009 (New York City, December 19th). Tickets for Final Battle are still available in ROH’s website (balcony seating is sold out).
Another Pick 6 match has been signed for the December 5th show in Chicago, as Claudio Castagnoli, who was bumped from the Pick 6 last weekend, will be taking on the current #1, Kevin Steen.
Shane Hollister has been signed for the Chicago show as well. His opponent will be announced in a future newswire.
The following matches/events have been announced for next week’s episode of ROH on HDNet:
– American Wolves vs. Young Bucks (ROH Tag Title match)
– Kenny King vs. Brent Albright
– D’Lo Brown and Super Smash Brothers will be in action
– ROH says goodbye to Nigel McGuinness
The Final Battle weekend matches involving ROH’s four AAA “imports” (Alex Koslov, Rocky Romero, Teddy Hart, and Jack Evans) will be announced between now and Monday.
