PWI’s Mike Johnson is reporting that there is another delay in Jeff Hardy’s pending court case. Hardy’s probable cause hearing was postponed for the second time, this time to 1/27/2010.
The hearing would determine whether Hardy’s case would move forward to a grand jury. If it does move to the grand jury, they will decide whether Hardy will be prosecuted for his drug related arrest from last September.
