In an action-packed season premiere episode of The Celebrity Apprentice, comedian Carol Leifert was sent home after the women’s team, Tenacity, was defeated by the men’s squad, Rocksolid in a task that asked the teams to sell burgers at a local New York City diner.
The women were spearheaded by Cyndi Lauper while the men were managed by Bret Michaels.
While the women struggled to name the person who was the most responsible for the loss, Trump based his decision on who brought the most money in while promising that next week’s task (setting up a storefront for Kodak) will not involve who has the biggest financial backers.
