– Chris Jericho demands Teddy Long’s resignation and a World Heavyweight Title match at Extreme Rules. Edge says he could spear Jericho, Randy Orton and Jack Swagger. Long makes a Swagger/Edge/Jericho three-way for the title later on tonight.
– Drew McIntyre beats Kane by DQ. McIntyre cuts a promo claiming that everyone is jealous of his youthful good looks. He bails on the match but Matt Hardy cuts him off and throws him back in the ring for the DQ. Kane chokeslams McIntyre and Hardy.
– Jack Swagger complains to Teddy Long about the three-way match.
– Dolph Ziggler beats R-Truth with the sleeper, now called the Name Dropper. Ziggler fake-apologises to Josh Matthews for choking him out with the Name Dropper last week.
– Michelle McCool beats Mickie James. Layla tries to interfere but Mickie fights her off. Michelle hits Mickie with a big boot for the pin. Beth Phoenix saves Mickie from a further beating.
– Rey Mysterio & Hart Dynasty beat C.M. Punk, Luke Gallows & Darren Young. The Miz did guest commentary but did not interfere. Mysterio kicks Punk into D.H. Smith, who gives him a running powerslam for the pin. Said to be a great match.
– Edge claims that he will be the new champion and Swagger does not even have to be pinned to lose the title.
– JTG beats Caylen Croft. Shad Gaspard attacks JTG afterwards but JTG manages to fight him off.
– Jack Swagger beats Edge and Chris Jericho to retain the World Heavyweight Title. Both Swagger and Edge wind up in the Walls of Jericho. Edge then hits Jericho with a spear but Swagger manages to get the pin on Jericho instead. Swagger hits Edge with a powerbomb afterwards. Jericho then attacks Edge and injures his leg by kicking it into the steel steps.
