DC
Adventure Comics #11 – Without the Legion, where will this book go? It has a few issues to catch me or it’s being dropped.
Batgirl #10 – The best book no one you know reads.
Batman: The Return of Bruce Wayne #1 of 6 – Grant Morrison brings back Bruce paralleling the Batman and Robin return of the Black Glove. Hell. Yes.
Birds of Day #1 (Brightest Day) – For her Secret Six work, Gail Simone has earned more buys.
Booster Gold #32 – A new creative team means no guarantees on how long I’m staying. Losing the Blue Beetle backup doesn’t help.
Justice League: Generation Lost #1 (Brightest Day) – Note to Marvel: Were this $3.99, I wouldn’t be getting it.
Rebels #16 – After the main arc wrapped in #14, issue #15 was the weakest yet. This is a small book that needs to get back on track.
Marvel
Astonishing X-Men Xenogenesis #1 of 5 – It’s Warren Ellis. His X-men stuff hasn’t been good, but I’m a mark for Warren, so here we are.
Dark Avengers #16 Siege – The final of my favorite Bendis Avengers book ever… though that isn’t saying much.
Heroic Age Prince of Power #1 of 4 – Please get this. I pretty much promise it’ll be good.
Siege #4 of 4 – Surprisingly, I care what happens to Sentry. It better not be an anti-climax.
Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #10 – The best Spider-book on the stands and the reason OMD didn’t need to exist.
Wolverine #900 – Because someone has to review it.
Anything else folks?
