With NHL announcing their cover boy, it seemed only fitting that NBA Elite’s cover was announced today as well. Instead someone from the championship team however, EA choose an up-and-coming NBA Superstar, Kevin Durant from the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Durant was the 2008 Rookie of the Year, and on the 2010 Scoring Champion along with an All-Star appearance. I think this is an excellent choice for the cover.
NBA Elite 11 is due in stores on October 5.
