Neither Vick, nor anyone else will face charges related to the shooting.
Police in Virginia Tuesday announced that they would be charging anyone with a crime in relation to the shooting, despite the fact that they were able to identify the shooter.
Police said that because of reluctance to cooperate from the victim and witnesses, no charges will be filed “at this time.”
The shooting occured shortly after Vick left the party. Since no charges will be filed, Police cannot release the name of the suspect who did the shooting. Police never identified the man who was the victim, however Vick’s attorney said it was Quanis Phillips who was a co-defendent with Vick in the dogfighting case.
