It may be taped last week, you may have read the spoilers, but regardless of that fact…

IT’S TIME TO GET RAW!

Recap of John Cena’s team in disarray is shown.

We’re back in San Antonio this week as Randy Orton takes on the Miz tonight! We also get a teaser of John Cena’s new movie Legendary tonight.

Edge is out talking about how he doesn’t trust the members of Cena’s team. He wants to do things his way…and he wants Wade Barrett in the ring tonight. R-Truth makes his way out to retort Edge’s thoughts. Truth tries to put the truth to Edge, and he tells Edge that he doesn’t have to listen to Cena, but he has to listen to him. Truth says that they’re fighting for the WWE Universe and that WE have to do this together. We get the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth and Edge gets pissed off. Edge feels that if Wade is taken out, the Nexus falters. The RAW GMail chimes in and it tells R-Truth to get out of the ring and that Edge will face Barrett next!

Bell rings and they jockey for position. Wade gets the upperhand, but Edge reverses the post-to-post whiplash and Edge takes him down to a knee. Kick to the head follows and Edge is in control. Pillar to post goes Barrett and Edge covers for one. Barrett reverses a whip and we get a collision by both. Edge on the apron, Barrett kicks him off and the fight goes outside. Back in the ring, Barrett gains control, choking Edge at the ropes. He does it again, listening intently to the referee counts. Cover gets two. Headlock applied and the fans are crapping all over this match. Edge fights back and both hit each other with a clothesline. Double KO count starts and both men get up. Edge gets the momentum going and he goes for the Edgucation, but Wade counters and Edge goes for the Edgucator instead. Edge goes up and Wade meets him. Kick to the head by Barrett and he goes for his finisher, but Edge counters with the DDT and he lines up for the spear. He goes for it, but Barrett slides out of the ring. So Jericho makes a challenge – him versus Cena with the loser leaving the team.

SummerSlam Recall: SummerSlam 1991 – Bret Hart v. Mr. Perfect

John Morrison talks to the Great Khali while Runjin Singh translates. A couple of the Nexus members tell Khali that they didn’t attack Khali because they respect him. They want him for the Nexus.

Natalya, Gail Kim, & Eve Torres v. Alicia Fox, Jillian Hall, & Tamina

Seems Alicia and Jillian made up from last week’s abortion. Jillian and Gail start things off by botching a takedown move near the ropes. Jillian follows by throwing Gail around like a sack of potatoes and she continues pulling the hair. Backbreaker performed decently by Jillian and she scores a two count. Alicia tags in and she hits a bridge suplex for two. The quality slowly goes up and Alicia can’t get a tag. Kick to the face and Gail lands a one-woman flapjack! In comes Natalya and she steamrolls through Alicia with suplexes and kicks. Powerslam connects and she hits a fisherman’s suplex with Tamina breaking the fall. Gail Kim looks for Sliced bread, but Jillian tosses her on Tamina and Jillian sends Gail to the steel ring post. Eve goes to choke Jillian, but Tamina levels her. Natalya looks to lock on the sharpshooter, but Tamina gets involved and this allows Alicia Fox to botch the scissors kick for the pinfall. Seriously, I’m going to call her finisher the Abortion.

Winners: Alicia Fox, Jillian Hall, & Tamina
Grade: C (Still better than the majority of diva’s matches as of late)

Post Match, Alicia Fox proves that she can’t cut a promo saying that she can beat all of them and that she is the greatest Diva’s Champion of all time. Cue Melina’s music and She’s back! Alicia Fox tries to leave, but Jillian tosses her back in and Melina does the Matrix move, following by the split-legged reverse DDT!

Khali counters that with a front slam. Clothesline connects and DiBiase backpedals in the corner. Maryse tries to provide a distraction and it seems to work as DiBIase has Khali in the corner. The Nexus come out and it allows Khali to bust out the Vice Grip and DiBiase passes out.

We get a clip of Will Ferrell & Mark Whalburg, who are in the movie The Other Guys. The Bella Twins were on loan for this promo, who wants Ferrell in the worst way. I’m serious…After such a great RAW, we get crap…thankfully Will Ferrell no-sells the Bellas.
